I feel like the major social media platforms have become a bit too "noisy" for real learning. I really miss the old-school message board format where you could actually follow a thread over several days and get deep-dive answers from people who actually know their stuff. The social aspect is what I miss most—actually getting to know the "regulars" in a community.
